I know that there are some of you out there waiting to here how things are going. So, here goes...
I have wanted to write this post for a while now. So I will take a few minutes....
August 9, 2008, was the culmination of over 4 years of hard work at USF. “I did it!” Now I’m proud to be a USF Alumni! Go Bulls.
Today I graduated from the Year 4 of the Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute in Tallahassee. Graduation was held at the Florida State Library and Archives.
Tonight I retold the fable, A Whale of a Tale, in class!
A conference in Jekyll Island Georgia, family visits in Oklahoma, a ball game and fireworks in St. Louis...
When summer is long and the water is beautiful, what better way to heal yourself...
This post is to let people who care about my family know a bit about what is happening to my brother Andrew...
Many of you have been looking here only to find that I am behind in posting...

So I got a massage last night by my friend Kari. It was my first ‘non painful’ massage and I enjoyed it. It took me a while to relax but I got comfortable after a while. I did think it was weird that Florida Law requires massage patients to be wrapped up in a sheet. [...]
Well it’s the half way mark and I really miss Cale. He has called me at least once everyday, which makes my day here a little better, but it still sucks. I can’t wait to see him. Nine more days! So this whole week I have been working at school for the last rental of the [...]
I dropped off Cale, and Nuri, at the Orlando airport yesterday afternoon so he could fly to Norway and Europe for 18 days. Cale was feeling sick a few days before and took some medicine to try to get rid of it. I don’t think it worked all that well because when I was driving [...]

So it has been a little over a year that Cale and I have been dating, and now it is over. I made a mistake and now I can’t rewind time or make up for what I did. I blew it. I have gone out a lot more since school has been out, catching up [...]
I am happy to report that Summer 2008 is my last semester in the SLIS program at USF. On May 9, 2008, I co-presented a “Kick up your readers’ advisory skills for kids and teens” session at the VIP Conference at the St. Pete Community College with Diane, the Homosassa Public Library youth librarian. I [...]
I've been tagged by Heidi to participant in a challenge it requires a book and seems to be quite interesting...
Well, we thought spring was here....
This is a test podcast episode Workshop Podcast - Trial
I am testing the use of Windows Live Writer as a remote, desktop PC based blog posting application. I will report my results of this experiment shortly.
So it is Spring Break, my last spring break I might add, and I’m stuck in Tampa having no plans but personal things to get finished. I could have gone with Cale to Colorado but I have to design a show four days during the break. I don’t have a problem with designing, it is [...]
